There is no user manual for raising a family, but at city church we believe that it’s through connecting together with other parents and with Christ that we can be empowered to train our children to be lifelong believers. Here are some of our favorite resources for families.

A Partnership Between The Church and Family
Phase is an 18-part series of concise and interactive journal-style books that simplify what you need to know about each phase of a kid’s life ands give you the opportunity to discover more about your children—so you can make the most of every phase. You’ll discover what’s changing about your kid, the 6 things your kid needs most, and 4 conversations to have each year to make the most of every phase in your child’s life.
We believe that our children are a gift from God and we choose to dedicate ourselves to training them up in the way they should go. We make that dedication public through Parent Commissioning.

We commission parents for their most important task while the Church also joins them in that commitment. We pray for each child and parent along with their family and loved ones.

City Families has designed this weekend getaway for you and your family to come together with the purpose of unplugging from the daily grind. Sabbath, refresh, and discipleship go together in this unique mix of Spiritual pour-in and good old-fashioned fun times. Worship, pray, eat, and play together- with plenty of free time for your family to enjoy Go Karts, S’Mores, Fishing, and more! Just being together in one of Oklahoma’s most beautiful retreats is enough to make Family Camp the perfect fit for every family!
We all desire to raise our families to know Christ and follow His ways, and each family is unique and beautiful. We believe that it’s through connecting together that we can find practical ways of being equipped to be the chief disciplemakers in our homes. Join together and connect with other families who are on the journey of becoming like Christ as we learn and grow together.
This equipping class is a SINGLE EVENT, (like Dinner with the Staff) and the first step for City Church families on our “becoming intentional” family pathway.

A Partnership Between The Church and Family
Over 50% of kids who grow up in church eventually walk away from their faith. We aren’t okay with that and that’s why we created 50/50! Through our 50/50 partnership, our desire is to help you establish an environment of ABUNDANT GRACE, AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS, and ACTIVE FAITH in order to lead your kids into an authentic faith they’ll never walk away from. We highly encourage you to set aside about thirty minutes to read 50/50 and begin applying it as the foundation of a truly intentional family discipleship model within your home.
